This Weigh Bridge is
completely Self Contained. Each Weigh Bridge consists of modules
fabricated to minimize overall height and maximize strength. Heavy
duty structural tubing is placed in strategic locations to support
heavy vehicle loading. Cross Members and other lateral structural
members provide rigid support for the checkered Deck Plate. A
Heavy structural steel lower frame supports load cells and ties
the scale into one continues module fabricated and assembled to
factory tolerances. Steel bulk heads are integrated into each end
of the scale to facilitate swift entrance and exit ramp
construction. Load Cell wiring is already installed and furnished
with quick connection for easy installation and removal. The Weigh
Bridge is Self-Contained, complete and Ready To Weigh

Suspension System
The Dual Link
Suspension System has been designed to protect sensitive scale
components from abuse and wear. The Protection is specially
important when high volume, heavy loads can accelerate wear and
lead to premature failure. By placing our load cells within this
mounting assembly, we insure long term accuracy and use even under
the most demanding conditions.
Modular Construction
makes our Weigh Bridges as easy to remove and transport as it is
to install. Just remove the access plates, disconnect the load
cell cables, secure the locking Bolts, connect slings to the
provided eye bolts and Lift the Load.
