Standard conditions that apply to quotations, orders and the supply of our products and services.
Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Orders are confirmed on receipt of a written purchase order and any agreed advance.
Prices are ex-works unless agreed in writing and are exclusive of GST, freight, insurance and installation, which are charged at actuals.
Delivery timelines are indicative and begin from the date of a clear, confirmed order. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Payment terms are as stated on the invoice. Goods remain the property of Weightronix Controls until paid for in full.
Products carry a manufacturer's warranty against defects in material and workmanship for the period stated on the invoice. Warranty excludes wear parts, misuse, unauthorised repair and damage in transit.
Statutory verification (Weights & Measures stamping) and periodic re-calibration are the responsibility of the buyer unless contracted separately.
Custom-built and configured items are non-returnable. Standard items may be returned only with prior written approval and may attract a restocking charge.
Our liability is limited to repair or replacement of the supplied goods. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
